Text Box: Our company has been an Outsourced Service Provider since 1995.  We do more than bring a pair of hands to get the job done.  We seek intelligent solutions.  Ops Plus anticipates and implements solutions to the many day-to-day obstacles that sometimes become operational crises.  By working in tandem with company management, we streamline operations and improve efficiencies.  In doing so, we "free" managers to manage. Staffing needs can, and do, change quickly.  Whether it’s a crisis, a merger, right-sizing, or re-engineering; Ops Plus can help.  Ops Plus becomes a “virtual” department or complements an existing internal operation.  We provide staffing for several resource areas such as strategic sourcing management; administrative/clerical services; construction site management; and high voltage electric analysis, construction, maintenance, and repair.  Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Ops Plus has expertise in many areas within the utility and electric industry. We specialize in electrical equipment analysis, evaluation, and repair.  Our expertise comes from over 85 employees, with a majority of who have spent over two decades in the electrical utility sector.  Ops Plus people are capable of handling a wide range of voltages, up to and including 500 kV.  With crews capable of handling turnkey projects, or working directly for you as a dedicated contractor on your system, we have the capabilities to construct and maintain every facet of an electrical substation.
