Ops Plus, Inc. specializes in multiple areas of utility support, from utility design to high- and medium-voltage equipment diagnostics and metering. In addition to the utility and electric industries, we serve many commercial, industrial and municipality clients with the following products and services:

Located in Louisville, Kentucky, we provide contract and service work throughout the Midwest. We are proud that we have been a certified woman-owned and operated business through the National Woman Owned Business Corporation since 2007. Owners Bridgette Pregliasco, president, and Debbie Conway, vice president, make up 100% ownership of the company. In early 2009, Ops Plus made the Louisville area's top 25 largest women-owned business list.

Also in 2009, we established an engineering affiliate to enhance our presence and support our existing design services line of business. Ops Engineering LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ops Plus and specializes in civil engineering and land surveying.

Since Ops Plus, Inc. was incorporated in 1995, we have grown from five procurement specialists to a staff of more than 50. With a quality team of managers and top-notch support team, we employ a company culture that promotes safety, integrity, quality service and cost effective solutions for our clients. In 2005, we were recognized by Greater Louisville Inc. as a High Impact Company based on our increased employment and revenue during the previous three years.

Ops Plus strives to be a contributor to the communities in which we serve and work. The Ops Plus Community Reinvestment Initiative (OPCRI) is an active committee that sponsors an annual charitable donation drive and provides funding to non-profit organizations such as the Crusade for Children, Metro United Way and Fund for the Arts.
